NIAS ISLAND, INDONESIA
Zilion is ready to sign an joint-venture agreement with the local Nias Government to develop an aquaculture business. The local government shall transfer a piece of beach front land of 100 hectares, with at least 100 meters wide, and 10 kilometers long to Zilion. This land lease will last for 30 years and may be renewed for an additional 30 years. The agreement shall provide the option for Zilion to secure additional 900 hectares under the same terms and conditions.
Zilion will not incur additional fixed land lease costs, making ourselves the most competitive aquaculture land owners in Indonesia, ready to work with prospective partners innovative and attractive profit sharing schemes.
SUBLEASE OF THE LAND
Subdivision and sublease of the land is allowed with terms and conditions to be agreed between the parties. The local government will not be involved in the profit sharing of the new rental income.
THIRD PARTY CONTRACT FARMING
Third party farming is allowed. The local government will not be involved in the profit sharing of income derived from third party contract farming.
AQUACULTURE FARMING TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER
As a local community member, Zilion will transfer certain farming technologies to the local population to increase their fish farming harvest potential.
