1. INDONESIA FISHERY EXPORTERS
Zilion will work with PT Lucky, a professional fishery processor with international recognition, to export all kinds of fishery products from Indonesia under our own brand name. The range of products will include shrimps, squids, clams, and barramundi. The export market will include Singapore, Taiwan, China, Japan, and North America. We are looking for a 30-40% gross margin with a net profit of 15% when our annual sales reach US$40 million in 2018.

2. INDONESIA AQUACULTURE FARM OWNERS
Zilion will work with PT Lucky to grow clams and kelps, with potential to expand to oysters and lobsters with technology from Taiwan. We are in the process of executing a leasehold beach land ownership agreement with the local government in Nias Indonesia, for 100 hectares of land with the option to lease up to 1,000 hectares. Upon securing this land parcel, we will move into third party contracts with local and international aquaculture growers. Anticipated revenue streams will come from:

  1. Renting out part of the land with subdivisions,
  2. Growing and selling our own aquaculture fishery products,
  3. Reselling fishery products secured from our contract growers (also our land lease tenants) into the global market.

3. NORTH AMERICA FISHERY CHAIN RETAIL STORES

We will set up fishery retail chain stores in Vancouver, with anticipated US$5 million sales per year per city by 2018. There are 50 cities in Canada and the United States on our target list, with ultimate potential of US$250 million annual sales revenue once we have presence in 50 cities. Zilion will blend Asia and America fishery products to create a unique taste for North American consumers. This establishment is anticipated to  be the most cash rich and profitable operation of our business.
